Payment Options


We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard. We also offer several financing options. Please contact us for more information.


A 50% deposit is required to place an order. The balance is due when we schedule your delivery.


Delivery Policy


We offer local delivery and will contact you when the furniture arrives to set up your delivery. Please contact us for the delivery rate for your area.


You may also pick up at our warehouse everyday except Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance in order for the warehouse to have your furniture ready for pick up.


Delivery Day


Please be prepared on delivery day. It is the customer's responsibility to clear the area of existing furniture and accessories prior to delivery. This will insure a more timely and efficient delivery. If the customer needs assistance moving existing furniture we must know in advance to allow additional time. There will be an additional fee for this service.


The customer is responsible for measurements of doorways, hallways and stairs at the time he selects his furniture to be sure it will fit into the home.


Inspection of Furniture / Damaged Items


The customer is responsible at the time of delivery to inspect each item. If damage is evident please make note of it on the paperwork. Please contact our store to determine how to resolve. To expedite the service process, it is helpful to email pictures of the damage to info@ncfurniture.com so we can forward this information to our factory representative to determine the need for repair or replacement.
