Q: How do I inquire about the status of my special order?
A: We email an update about two weeks after your order has been placed with an estimated shipping date. Please feel free to contact us by phone (757)877-5642 or email us at info@ncfurniture.com. Make sure to include your name, order number, and contact information.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Items in stock are available for immediate pick up or delivery. Our warehouse is closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday for pick ups. Special orders depend a great deal upon the manufacturer. If items are in stock at the manufacturer you should have them in 2-6 weeks. Special order upholstery is custom made for you and usually ships in approximately 4-8 weeks from the day the order is placed. We will always do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery; however, we can only estimate and not guarantee delivery times. When it comes to delivery times, every dealer in the nation is at the mercy of the manufacturer.
Q: Do I pick up the furniture or do you provide delivery services?
A: We offer local and nationwide delivery. We will contact you when your furniture arrives to setup delivery. We offer free pick up at our warehouse. Our warehouse is closed every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance for your for your furniture to be ready for you.
Q: How do I change or cancel my special order?
A: Because we place orders immediately to insure the quickest delivery possible, it is difficult to make changes or cancel an order. Once an order is in production at the factory, the manufacturer does not allow a cancellation or change.
Q: Do you ship furniture out of state?
A: We do ship nationwide. We have a $1500 minimum to place an order. It takes approximately 8-12 weeks to receive your order. Please call or email us for a quote.
