Stephanie greeted us warmly and explained the different options available in these extremely comfortable chairs. There was no pressure to “buy now for the best deal”. We placed our order and were on our way. This is a really nice store with quality merchandise. We will be back to order bookcases soon. ** Update** We ordered bookcases and they were delivered before Thanksgiving. The delivery crew was exceptionally professional and friendly. This is a quality operation and I highly recommend them!

Update: We recieved our Bradington Young furniture after a long wait of almost 8 months but it looks fantastic and the quality is excellent. The delivery and set up service was absolutley oustanding.The two guys were very professional , paid attention to detail and were a pleasure to have in our home. This is our 2nd major purchase from The North Carolina Furniture and give them high marks.

I happened to walk into NC Furniture last December looking for a sofa. I hadn't had any luck finding one to fit my space with a bench seat. Size and bench! I was happily greeted by Susan. With her help we found a sofa, picked out the couch fabric, and even the fabric for accent pillows. There was conversation, laughter and sharing while the process went on. I ended up purchasing the sofa. I was delighted. There was no pressure to buy, but a feeling that it was important for the customer to be happy. It definitely is a family owned business. Of course, in most cases today one can't buy a couch and receive it the next week. I happened to have a long wait time for the sofa I chose. Throughout the wait, I received texts and calls thanking me for my patience. It is a very caring company to do that. I was never left in the dark. Thank you NC Furniture and all worked with me. Love the sofa!
